1.1 Our Website offers luxury watches and watch-related services, including buying, selling , trading , consignment, watch polishing, watch maintenance , etc. 1.2 By purchasing any products or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. 1.3 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Brand Disclaimer
2.1 The Company is not affiliated, associated, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the luxury brands listed on our Website. 2.2 All brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on our Website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.
2.3 Any references to brand names or trademarks are for informational purposes and do not imply any sponsorship or endorsement by the brands.

3. Products and Services
3.1 We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. 3.2 All product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary in appearance.

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice. 4.2 “Highest Buy in Price” or “Highest Valuation” refer to matching or give higher price over our business competitors in the market as far as possible.  4.3 “Luxury Watches Lowest Price” refer to selling our products at lowest price over our business competitors at the time of purchase. Else can us know and we will try to match the price as far as possible. 4.4 Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via our accepted payment methods such as Cash, Paynow, Local Bank Transfer, International Wire Transfer (SWIFT). 4.5 If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel your order or registration.

5. Completion of Sale
5.1  All Sale are Final: All goods are sold on a “buy as is” basis. By completing the transaction, you acknowledge that all payments are final, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. 5.2 Inspection and Acceptance: Customers are responsible for inspecting items carefully at the time of collection. By accepting the goods, you confirm that the item’s quality, appearance, finish, and mechanical functions meet your expectations and are free from observable defects. 

6. Warranty Disclamer

6.1 Warranty: No warranty is provided by the company unless explicitly stated. Where applicable, warranty may be available directly from the brand or authorized agent. 

7. Self Collection and Local Shipping 
7.1 We encourage self collection at our Store via appointment booking base on first come first serve basis. 7.2 Local Shipping fee shall be bonded by the buyer and the delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. 7.3 We will be not liable to the risk of loss or damage to the products during the transit period. Hence we encourage self collection.

8. International Shipping and Risk

8.1 International shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer. All international deliveries will be arranged through a reputable courier service such as DHL/Fedex with appropriate insurance coverage. Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. 8.2 We will take reasonable measures to ensure that all products are securely packaged and safely shipped overseas. For international shipments, the products will be covered by shipping insurance against loss or damage during transit, subject to the terms and conditions of the courier and insurance provider. Any claim for loss or damage shall be handled in accordance with the applicable courier and insurance procedures. 8.3 Any customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country shall be borne solely by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for complying with all applicable import requirements and regulations of the destination country.

9. Reservations, Cancellations and Refunds
9.1 All deposits and payments made for reservations or purchases are final and are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that these terms are absolute and binding.

10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on this website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, watch listings, images, graphics, logos, videos, and overall website design, is the intellectual property of the company and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.  10.2 Any unauthorised use, reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, republication, display, or transmission of any content from this website, whether in whole or in part, without prior written consent from the company is strictly prohibited. 10.3 In case you become aware of any potential copyright infringement involving our content, please kindly contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, including but not limited to purchase of products or reliance on product information. 11.2 We do not guarantee that the Website is error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
